Shipping Information: We ship most items by UPS or FedEx Ground which takes 5 to 7 days delivery. We only ship to the lower 48 States at this time. We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or overseas at this time.

Sales Tax: There is a 6.25% Sales Tax that is collected only on orders sent within the state of MA. This also includes Tax on shipping and handling.

- All refunds are available 30 days from Date of Delivery less shipping charges. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your final refund.
- We do not accept used items back to our warehouse. Items will be inspected for use before refund is granted.
- Any items that arrive damaged must be reported in 5 days in order to receive a replacement.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any product being returned.
- Products returned to us for refund or replacement must be in its original packaging with Tags still attached.
- Returns must go through our Return Authorization Process (RA). You will receive an RA number from us to write on your Return.
- To get a RA number, email us with your Name and Order number.
- When you receive your RA number, it will need to be written on the outside of the package.
- Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to the sender.
- Returns are for original buyers only, no third party refunds or exchanges.
- Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
