The Precise Heat 24Qt 12-Element Steam Control Stock Pot is great for chili, stews, sauces and soups. This extra large stock pot is made with 5-Ply XL-304-A Surgical Stainless Steel construction and holds 24qt.  The 12-Element encapsulated base is important for heat distribution which heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. You can steam cook with just a little bit of water. Let food start to cook on medium heat.

Then when the valve starts to whistle, close the valve and turn off the heat. The food will continue to cook in the steam. The deep steamer basket is 4 inches deep and will hold the vegetables, meats, seafood and more for steaming. Measures 15 inches wide, 13 inches high and weighs 15 lbs.
